The Tuesday Club
The Tuesday Club is a new club in Southbourne for people 18 and over with disabilities.
It offers the chance for people with learning or mobility issues to meet and socialise with others and also to take part in an organised structure of events, workshops and classes ranging from arts and crafts to drama, fitness and music.
The club will be a friendly meeting place for people and their carers but also, through its wide ranging activities, it will educate and stimulate and aid in a person’s future development and job prospects.
The club will run every Tuesday, starting 1st May 2012, from 10am to 2pm at the Trinity Methodist Church Hall, Southbourne Rd, Bournemouth BH6 5AQ.
It is totally non-profit making and the nominal charge of £5 for an individual and their carer is to cover expenses and fund as wide a range of activities as possible.
